At Squak Mountain, we like to keep our feet on the ground !
You're the customer. We want you to be happier after we've finished our work than before we started, and we're willing to do whatever it takes to meet that goal. If it means we work overtime on our usual tasks of requirements analysis, design, programming, documenting, testing, etc., that's fine. If it means picking up someone else's work while they're dealing with something more important, we'll do that too.
