"Imagine my surprise when I turned on my computer this morning and it basically told me - YOU'RE DEAD! It wouldn't boot and the hard drive was frozen. I called Squak Mountain at 9AM and Bob was here at 10AM. At 11AM, I heard the annoying sound of Windows booting up which was a beautiful sound that particular morning. By the time Bob left, all of the gremlins in my computer were gone, all my data was backed up (which I had never thought an important task until my computer had total failure) and the operating system was back to running just like the day I bought it. Why go to a computer store and pay more money to get slower and lower quality service?"
